Dr. Meenakshi Narula confidently embarked on her professional journey in July 2001, propelled by a clear purpose: to deliver 21st-century, learner-centered, challenge-rich, inquiry-led, SDGs-integrated, and value-oriented holistic education to the students she mentors. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, she unwaveringly pursued this goal. Not only did she support educators in mastering online classes, but she also led them in exploring new digital tools, creative assessment methods, curriculum design, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence across all subjects and grade levels, in addition to innovative pedagogical skills.
“Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Narula has completed over 1000 short-term courses, workshops, and training programs from prestigious institutes in India and abroad. These programs have been centered around Metacognition, Active Learning, Authentic Assessments, and Mentoring the Mentors. Dr. Narula’s resilience and mindfulness have been honed through her experiences in the school of hard knocks. Against all odds, she steadfastly imparts her knowledge in a blended environment. She spearheads the Research ‘n’ Innovation cell at her school, facilitating discussions on the challenges and concerns in education, driving innovation, and striving to elevate the standards of school education. The valuable insights gained from these efforts are consistently shared with the entire teaching community, as Dr. Narula staunchly believes that “Individually we are one drop, together we are an ocean!”
